Yes you can. No problem. Just drop us an email with what you'd like and we'll work with you to create that perfect piece.
How can I be sure that the art I buy is original and authentic?
All purchases are covered by our Buyer Protection Moneyback Guarantee, meaning if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to email us so that we can work together to ensure a smooth return and refund.
Who are the artists you work with?

Our proposition as a brand is all about investing in under-discovered artists. Under-discovered because they don't have access to share their great work more broadly. We carefully select each artist we feature and personally meet with every one of them. Each piece of art shows who the artist is and you can click to find out more about them or visit the 'Artists' page. They're wonderful and talented artists and it's a pleasure working with them. They're equally excited about working with us and more people seeing their art - they're very proud of their craft. And what's better than seeing someone's passion in their work.

How do you select the art on your site?

We've selected our artists very carefully and meet with each of them to see their work. The pieces we've chosen are all pieces we think you'll love. We'll keep adding new artists and work to our collection. Sign up for our news to see new artists and pieces we get in or follow us on Instagram or Facebook.

Sure. We know buying art online can be a bit daunting but we have included a range of images so as you can see the art up close and personal before you buy. And all our art comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist to guarantee that it's original. The art is packaged and shipped by professional companies that we work with. All art is insured for its journey to your doorstep and you will receive a tracking number to follow it every step of the way. An important part of our brand is to give a little something back to those less fortunate than we might be. So a percentage of each sale we make goes towards our Foundation. We work with local charities and orphanages and take The Yellow Brick Road experience to them. Whilst our overall objective is for the kids to just have the best day ever, creating and painting, we also try to inspire them to reach for their yellow brick road, their path to success and happiness, whatever that may be. Empowering them to see that they can reach for their dreams.

How do I return a piece that I didn't love as much as I thought?
No worries, you're covered by our Buyer Protection Moneyback Guarantee: If you don't love it as much as you thought, then we'll give you a full refund of the price you bought it for, no questions asked. All we ask is you send the piece/s back to us (the cost needs to be paid by you), packaged and un-damaged, within 14 days and drop us an email so as we know it's on its way back to us. And then once we receive it, we'll immediately refund your money. Just drop us an email and we'll talk you through the process and give you all the relevant details.
What's the process once I've found something I like?
Simply add to your basket and go to the checkout page. Then check out smoothly, via our secure payment system. We will then prepare your art to be shipped and send to TNT, our shipping partner. We will email you a tracking number so as you can follow your art on it's way to you. And then unpack your art and let it take pride of place on your wall. And if you have any question along the way, then just drop us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
How do you package and ship my piece?

We work with professionals from end to end. We use a professional packaging company that have packaged 1000's of pieces of art to send around the world. They're experts at what they do ensuring your art will arrive un-damaged. And we work with TNT, a leading global brand in shipping items around the world. They'll handle everything from safe transit, customs clearance and they'll deliver direct to your door.

Your art will be sent to our packaging partner within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Once packaged, which normally takes around 2 days, it will then be collected and processed by TNT and you'll automatically be sent a tracking number so as you can follow your art on it's way to you. And depending on your location, your art should then be with you within 8-10 days of shipping, ready to take pride of place on your wall. And we'll be with you every step of the way.

What if my art arrives damaged during shipping?
Whilst we take every precaution to make sure this doesn't happen, sometimes accidents do occur. But rest assured, all shipments are insured. Simply drop us an email and we'll let you know what to do next.
